Malacca.

We have both planned for a 3 days 2 nights trip to Malacca since we have not paid a visit there for quite some time. Sides, HE said he was quite familiar with Malacca (its his hometown) yet we have been lost for like thousand times and ended up needed a map. Tsk tsk! However, Thank God, everything seemed to work out fine and sweet with happiness lingered around all the time where memories are now perfectly imprinted within us. I was glad it was an awesome trip.

First day:

After finishing up my last paper, we immediately depart to Malacca and arrived there approximately 3 something in the afternoon. After checking in, we excitedly adjourned to our next destination!

Eye on Malaysia.

On our way to dinner:

One of the famous delicacies in Malacca.
Satay Celup.

Jonker Street:

Jonker Street has always been busy and flooded with locals and foreigners.

There are performances about some Chinese cultural dance competition in order to preserve the Chinese heritage.
Initially we thought they were primary or secondary kids,
but they were all universities students. -_-
It was disappointing as it rained half way, therefore we have no choice but to head back. Besides that, we were actually finding for some musical museum for like 2 hour and so, and ended up it was under construction....... Boo. :/ So basically, the first night we spent most of our time finding places and driving around Malacca Town -_- But well, think of the bright side, at least we gained more familiarities with the roads in Malacca.

Second day:

We went to one of the famous chicken rice ball shop for lunch. We were lucky we were there earlier because the next 5 minutes, the queue has became super super long. :D Now, it was actually good we drove around in Malacca yesterday night, even though we practically went back to the same road and junctions for like 7 or 8 times, at least we did not got lost this time. Mmm, chicken rice ball~ Apart from that, parking in Malacca has became increasingly really expensive. Sheesh.

Mmmm. Nice.

Instead of visiting all the historical museum, we were more interested in visiting something more lively!
Anyhow, i did visited some of the museums like 11 years ago with a school trip. :D Now, I needed to gain more knowledge about animals in order to teach my dear friend Dana who is really really blunt in recognizing animals and also mixing up their names.

Malacca Zoo:

Trespasser who was trying to steal the parrot's food!
And it managed to!

Mountain Goat.
Porcupine.
I like, for certain reason.

Huge pelican.

It seemed to us that this bear was trying to seek attention from us.
I wouldn't mind cause it was really adorable!

After feeling the sun's scorching hot rays on my body for nearly 2 hours, we left and visited the Butterfly Farm which i think was a waste of money. There were many dead butterflies and the park was quite small. Besides that, they had a few animals in it, but still, its uninteresting and also some parts were under construction. Really, i would rather put my money in use of something else.

The life span of a butterfly can live up to only a few days or probably a year, depends on the species. So i guess that explained the dead butterflies around the park.

Another attention seeker / exceptionally active otter.

It only took us around 30 minutes or less to explore the place.

Pantai Klebang:

Certainly not a very nice beach, but we went there just for the fun of it. It is located 9km away from Malacca town.

all smiles. :)

:))

After a quick bath, we proceeded our way to Gyro Tower:

Gyro Tower:

Gyro tower revolves 360 degrees which provides a panoramic view of Malacca Town. Therefore, its a must to try. It cost us around RM2o per person, only if you're local (provide identification card). Tourism area is always a total rip off.

Pretty.

Pirate Park:

It was stated that somewhere in the tourist attractions that pirate park consists a few exciting rides. But, apparently, there is only one ride which is the pirate ship. There also have an eye of Malacca (way smaller compared to Eye on Malaysia) and some kids activities. We decided to forfeit Eye on Malaysia as we have previously went where it was located in Kuala Lumpur.

Pirate Park = Not fun. *pout*
Worst memories of all!
Because of some unfavorable incident.. all their fault! :(
Rm5 for this.
We're like the only one sitting on it and they never even bothered to stop the thing! -_-
I think it went at least 4 rounds until we asked to stop.
:/

Last day:

We had lunch in a famous small restaurant with the sign "hao chak" and the rojak and cendol was awesome. I personally don't really like curry mee so no comment.

I wish Brisbane has cendol! Sigh.

Last destination:
Christ Church

The End. :(

I am looking forward for the next trip... of course, after when i am back from Brisbane. (Sann, You owe me a trip!) Meanwhile, I will really enjoy Brisbane now and ignore all the unnecessaries that will affect my emotions! Cheers. ;)
